Main Responsibilities as a ServiceNow Developer
- Design, develop and implement custom ServiceNow applications, including workflows, integrations and custom scripts.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow out of the box functionalities.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Perform unit testing and system integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to ServiceNow applications.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and other team members to deliver projects.
- Work with end customers to accurately capture their technical requirements.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Experience working in an IT Consultancy.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript or GlideScript.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations such as REST, SOAP, ect.
- ServiceNow certifications.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow FSO Model would be desirable.
