- Salary – Up to $75,000
- Work type – Fixed Term Contract (22 months)
Main Responsibilities as a Logistics Lead
- Oversee transportation, storage, distribution, and coordination of materials, equipment, and resources for both tournaments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all logistical elements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably within large-scale international events such as sports tournaments, concerts, or exhibitions.
- Experience with international transportation, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and cross-border logistics.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing and inventory systems, with a focus on efficiency and real-time tracking.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and event stakeholders.
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost management
- In-depth understanding of health, safety, and compliance regulations, particularly within large-scale international operations.
