We are looking for an Estate Director to join a market leading Property Management company, renowned for excellence and forward-thinking ways of integrating tech to create a seamless experience for clients and customers. The Estate Director will have principal responsibility for the effective and efficient management of the designated development(s). They will utilise staff, contractors, and other resources to ensure the highest quality of service is provided, as required by management contracts, tenancy agreements, service level agreements, or otherwise.

 

Main Responsibilities as an Estate Director

Asset Management

  • Oversee asset management, contract setup, risk, and mobilisation tasks.
  • Support mobilisation by liaising with stakeholders, ensuring accurate records, enhancing customer experience, and arranging contract setups (M&E, cleaning, IT).
  • Manage financial processes, including service charge budgets and internal system setups.

 

Risk & PPM Management

  • Ensure compliance with risk and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) routines.
  • Coordinate risk assessments, maintain audit trails, and report on compliance levels.

 

Contract Management

  • Manage contract tendering, implementation, and compliance.
  • Ensure proper contract schedules, review KPIs and SLAs, and track key actions.

 

Team Management

  • Drive team engagement and performance.
  • Manage cover, holidays, appraisals, training, and succession planning.
  • Handle HR matters, including recruitment and grievance resolution.

 

Financial Management

  • Process work orders, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Work with accounts to manage budgets and service charge demands.
  • Present financial updates to clients/residents.

 

Client Engagement

  • Lead regular client meetings, ensure high-quality reporting, and prepare for audits.
