Operating under the Addition Embedded model, we managed the growth of Santander Technologies Data Architecture, Software Engineering and Solutions Architecture teams. This included a full-time on-site approach, supporting headcount planning, role requisitions, stakeholder management and candidate attraction. Since then, and further during our 8 year relationship, we have been segmented as a Tier-1 supplier, leading on exclusive Statements of Work for large-scale growth programmes, most recently in July-23 and Mar-24.
